Seated and waited for waiter. Waiter arrived and was extremely rude. Got up and left! GooglePlace - January 2018

Avoid - staff lied to us (told us their pasta was home-made and fresh, but then later revealed it was packaged) and the food wasn't good at all and made us feel sick later on. It's not horrible, but it's not worth a visit if you're looking for Italian food. GooglePlace - January 2018

Ask for the cost before accepting an alternative recommendation to something you order. A cover consisting of plastic packed supermarket grissini (straw thin bread sticks), an unremarkable pizza, and coffee cost 17€, which is fine. I asked for a glass of red wine, but the waiter suggested a half bottle of Amarone rather than a glass. Not being an expert, I could not tell an Amarone from Ribena until the name was mentioned, so I accepted the advice. The wine was all right but when the bill came I discovered it was 45€, three times as much as the meal and not really an alternative to a glass of house wine. The waiter did nothing illegal, but it certainly was immoral and unprofessional, and I should have asked the price before accepting. The service was good but I paid 62€ for a less than satisfying meal when, for your reference, you can have excellent two-course meals with wine and coffee in proper restaurants in central Venice for 38€. In conclusion, I will never go back to this place and I cannot recommend it to anyone. I suggest you do your homework and avoid this type of tourist trap establishment. GooglePlace - December 2017

We visited here in Sept2017. The place was nearly empty, there were only two other couples at the time. They sat us at one of the worst tables, the one against the Bar/ Cash register so there was little arm movement. We ordered the Gnocchi pasta and the Vienese pizza. In one word BLAND! The sausage on the pizza looked and tasted like a no name cheap hot dog. Our experience here left us in a poor mood for our visit to Venice. This is one of those tourist restaurants that you get warned about, poor quality and expensive. We learned from our experience hear though, purchasing an European SIM card should be a must for travellers, so that they can avoid places like this. At the time of this review the restaurant was rated at 2.4 stars after 19 reviews. Wish I knew that before hand. GooglePlace - September 2017

Does not look like much from the outside, but fantastic service and food was incredible. We had fillet steak and grilled veg, along with garlic and chilli spaghetti. Would highly recommend to anyone. Would definitely return 5 * GooglePlace - August 2017
