After 3 nights I was starting to think Venice was too touristy to have good authentic food. That was until I found this place, it’s small, off the beaten track but exceptional. The food was amazing, with a very friendly service with full run though of all the specials and what they were. If only I found this place on my first day, best fish I have ever eaten.GooglePlace - December 2017
Terrific local bar away from the tourist rabble on the Grand Canal. It is a narrow bar in a narrow street. It is very busy and customers might eat a meal in the tiny diningroom at the back or have a drink and restorative cichetti standing near the entrance - they specialise in ombre e cichetti.
Tip! There's a small table right by tbe front which you can reserve. Staff are friendly and very helpful.GooglePlace - November 2017
Probably the best place to get local food cooked at high quality and affordable price. Not a tourist trap like the others around and genuine service. Plenty of beers and wines to sample, street food or full sit down menu. FabanaciGooglePlace - October 2017
One of the few local non-tourist restaurants in town. Kindly service, rustic ambiance, nice terrace, good wine and food.GooglePlace - October 2017
