Remarkable experience. Daily fish starter was perfectly cooked as well as the soft cheese with radicchio. About the main dishes: the only one which was a bit disappointing was the daily fish secondi: the fish was a bit overcooked and that's why a bit dry and a bit sawdust-like. The liver with spinach and black rice was the best part of the meal, a good plate composition with slightly sweet rice part, concentrated liver taste and spinach with less salt to keep the balance. Squid ink pasta: you should also give it a try.
