ITALIANO Per noi la qualità degli ingredienti è al primo posto. Crediamo nel biologico e nei prodotti a chilometro zero, cerchiamo di soddisfare le esigenze di chi soffre di intolleranza al glutine e al lattosio, abbiamo eliminato il glutammato da tutti i nostri piatti, pensiamo che i cibi freschi siano meglio dei prodotti pronti o surgelati, siamo alla costante ricerca di produttori che amano il loro lavoro e producono ingredienti di alta qualità. Cerchiamo di utilizzare principalmente materie prime provenienti da produttori agricoli certificati biologici perché mangiare cibi biologici fa bene a noi e all’ambiente. Le nostre verdure fresche sono quasi tutte BIO come pure la farina di Kamut® usata per il nostro pane e per le pizze. Scegliamo di fornirci il più possibile da produttori locali per ridurre l’impatto ambientale. Ogni giorno compriamo il pesce fresco al mercato di Rialto, i vini provengono per la maggior parte dal Triveneto. Chi è intollerante al glutine o al lattosio sa di poter trovare un’ampia gamma di ingredienti sicuri. Quasi tutte le nostre pizze sono prive di glutine come molti altri ingredienti che compongono i nostri piatti, i funghi sono privi di lattosio come quasi tutti i salumi e altri prodotti in costante inserimento. Aderiamo al progetto AIC Alimentazione Fuori Casa. ENGLISH Our number one priority is the quality of our ingredients. We believe in organic products and products that are sourced from 0 km, we search to satisfy the needs of those who suffer from gluten intolerance and lactose intolerance, in fact we have eliminated glutamate from all our dishes, we think that fresh food is much better than ready made or frozen products, we are in constant search to find producers who love their work and produce ingredients of the highest quality. We try to mainly use natural ingredients from farmers who are organically certified because eating organic food is good for us and the environment. Our fresh vegetables are almost all organic as well as the Kamut® flour used for our bread and pizza bases. We choose to source as many ingredients as possible from local producers, to reduce the impact on the environment. Each day we buy fresh fish from the market at Rialto, and our wine, for the major part is from Triveneto. For those who are intolerant to gluten or lactose you know you can find a good range of safe ingredients. Almost all of our pizzas are gluten-free, as are most of the other ingredients that make up our dishes; mushrooms are lactose-free as are almost all our cured meats and other products that are on the menu. We came during quiet hours where there weren't too many people. Service was good if you make yourself noticeable. Food was excellent, they have a dedicated pizza cook and oven, which is really nice. Caesar salad is also decent. GooglePlace - October 2017

Let is sit and enjoy a few drinks and the view. Hubby was glad they served him pint of beer. We stayed for dinner, they have a great choice of pizzas at reasonable prices, enjoyed dessert and bill was less than expected which is always a bonus. Nice staff GooglePlace - September 2017
