L’OSTERIA PLIP è un luogo sorto all’interno della Centrale dell’Altreconomia veneziana dove un gruppo di persone di varia estrazione e formazione cerca quotidianamente di far mangiar e bere bene gli avventori. Spesso ci riusciamo, e per questo nel tempo ci abbiamo preso gusto e continuiamo a divertirci lavorando. Passione, competenza e ricerca delle materie prime più sensate ci aiutano a creare una proposta variopinta quanto la compagine che la pensa quotidianamente. Da noi difficilmente non ci si sente a proprio agio, vi aspettiamo!

Nice place with awesome casual interior. I've eat a very tasty burger with black angus burger and blue cheese, but we waited more than one hour. Despite the excellent hamburger I'm sorry because at the end I ordered a terrible dessert: a gianduia ganache with a foam of Italian eggnog(zabaione) aromatized with fernet-branca. Hands down, the best Italian food I have had till date. I had a sardine, tuna fettuccine and boy... It was brilliant! The tuna and sardines were not over powering, the pasta was cooked to perfection. The presentation was good and the quantity was just right. GooglePlace - June 2017

Love the chic casualness of this place which appears to have been converted from a community hall. Amazing collection of wines from all over Italy. We only tried the seafood dishes. The fried soft shell crab is tasty and not overly oily. Cod fish with ginger jam and liquorice is also great. Burger on other diners' table looks very tempting too. GooglePlace - April 2017
