This was a place suggested by our tour guide to try out the fried fish and the fish soup! Pretty quiet place to sit and have your lunch, away from the hustle bustle of the busy touristy spots.
Unfortunately we didn't end up having the fish soup because it's 15€ for a bowl which seemed quite a lot for soup
We ordered grilled scallops and spaghetti with scampi and tomatoes! Nay for the grilled scallops! It's just a measly quantity for quite much and seems quite bland for my taste.
The spaghetti on the other hand was pretty tasty!
Also ordered a gnocchi with pomodoro! Was okay, nothing great!
Plus side, they give you bread sticks and bread to start munching on, while you wait for the food. Don't know if that's so common in Venice though!GooglePlace - August 2017
Great service. Food was delicious. Price was right. Definitely recommend.GooglePlace - August 2017
2 stars only because of great food, but about staff... first of all waitress didn't let in a guy with backpack and sleeping mat on his backs, even though there were a lot of free seats. If you traveler better don't go there, since you're not welcomed there!
Another thing is waiting for our waiter, we asked for bill and we got it after 10 mins, because waiter went out was talking through phone, having fun with his smartphone, etc. Just not well behaved staff.

It's pretty good and authentic enough I think. Some of the food is a bit bland but I think that's probably just the nature of it (the black ink pasta). The fish was fresh and the staff was friendly. GooglePlace - July 2017
It's rare to find genuine service and quality food for decent price in the completely tourist filled Venice. The staff in this place are outstanding. Food delicious. The outdoor setting in summer just lovely. I will take my future girlfriend here if she wants to see Venice...GooglePlace - July 2017
Cozy terrace. Good fish risotto on which the patron slaved despite the heat (or so he said).Foursquare - July 2017
It is a nice place to sit outside. Too bad the food was not so good. Overall quite pricey for average quality food. Table was very sticky but the mosquito spray was a nice touch.Foursquare - October 2016
The pastas were fantastic and the house wine was lovely. Really friendly and on the ball service and a free bruschetta was an added bonus. RecommendedFoursquare - December 2015

A must in Venice! Distant from the Touristic crows - in a quiet small plaza, the food was really good, they even gave us free bruschetta - wine & pasta was excellent. They stayed open late just for usFoursquare - June 2014
