This place was great. I had the gnocchi bolognese which wasn't on the menu at the time but was delicious. A woman (who I'm assuming was the owner) was very kind and continually giving off the menu suggestions and offering to change anything that wasn't satisfactory to the couple next to me. Without doubt best restaurant in Venice. 1- The food is very delicious. 2- The lasagna was very good , I never ate before such delicious lasagna. Really very very good. 3- The Greek salad was big and full of things. Also u have 2 sauces and cheese . 4- The staff is very friendly . 5- prices are not cheap but a such service. 6- The atmosphere is warm classic and very good. 7- The tramissu is very good. We had a good red wine to go with our meal. My wife had the lasagna, which was the best we had in Italy and possibly the best ever (sorry mom). The gnocchi was a bit mushy but the mozzarella tomatoes and basil on top were great additions. Then, we split the Florentine steak which was quite massive. It also came with a variety of grilled vegetables making for a delicious dish. Service and the ambience were excellent too. GooglePlace - May 2017

Fantastic food. High quality ingredients and fair prices. We had the lemon chicken, ravioli, and pizza. I would highly recommend Marco Polo. We loved this restaurant. We had dinner here on our 3rd night in Venice after passing by several times and always seeing the restaurant full of patrons, mostly tourists, but also locals alike. Their prix fixe dinner menu of appetizers, main course, and dessert are a good value and efficient way to sample several different Venetian foods. We had pasta carbonara and lasagna starters followed by a sea bass fillet and veal entrees. And topped it off with tiramisu and coffee. I would definitely visit here again on our next trip to Venice.
