First of all, the menu's pictures don't match with the given prices. You have to ask to make sure because the prices are different. The food is not very filling and the service isn't the best. The manager was rude and disrespectful. I don't suggest going to this restaurant and would advise you to pay attention to prices. GooglePlace - June 2017

Food was not good at all and service was TERRIBLE. Slow, condescending and rude but still asked for a tip even when they included service charge on the bill. The view wasn't even that good as the gondolas were blocking us. GooglePlace - June 2017

Food was OK. They definitely try to up sell you and they do add 12 percent charge. Wait staff pushy and don't check in at all. GooglePlace - May 2017

DO NOT GO HERE. They lured us in and we asked for wine only. They say us and came for our order. Once we ordered wine and gave them our menus, he asked if I needed my menu for food and we said we were only having wine. He proceeded to tell us you can't just sit and drink at a restaurant because that's for food. We asked for clarification and told him to cash us out for the water...he never came back. We left needless to say. They were rude. GooglePlace - May 2017

I would only ever suggest eating here if you're sitting outside by the canal in the sun. The location is great. Our pizzas were very nice, and beer by the litre gets my thumbs up. Service leaves something to be desired. But I emphasize the 4 star rating is almost entirely to do with the location: canal-side dining in sight of the Rialto Bridge. GooglePlace - April 2017
