Very conflicting reviews on service implies this is a 2 way thing - You reap what you sow! Incredible risotto and Italian hospitality. Take an interest in them and you won't be disappointed. GooglePlace - July 2017

Overpriced. Waiter did nothing but try to sell us the most expensive items. Wine he recommended was most expensive and did not tell us the price. ( we did not order ) The waiter brought out the fish of Day. He recommended the rombo. Our friends ordered and it was just ok. The bill came, they charged 100 euros for one fish! And, it was lunch! Totally took advantage of tourists. We told the local people we talked to and they were not surprised. GooglePlace - June 2017

Worth the trip to Burano! The island in itself is not worth it, is really touristy and not too unique if you've been to those port towns with the colorful houses. Best risotto! Foursquare - June 2017

Don't be fooled by the photos. The only thing superb about this place is their propaganda. I don't know who they hired to write their reviews. Service was terrible; we got ignored several times when we tried to get their attention. Perhaps they were racist? No idea. The amount of energy I put into this short review is already more than their effort in their waitressing service. Food was mediocre at best. Not recommended, unless there is a widespread famine. Even then, your pleas of help may be ignored by the staff. Edit: wow, just got charged a 12% service on top of the menu prices. If I wanted to waste money I would just throw it in the Venezian canals outside. GooglePlace - May 2017

The waiters were very rude. "Are you finally ready to order?", he said, although we had been ready to order for ages. It is very expensive for a restaurant of this caliber. Risotto is served only in portions of 2 minimum. Recommend to go to restaurants on Murano or mainland Venice instead. GooglePlace - May 2017
