This restaurant has it all. Ambience (candles, flowers, outdoor seating)  good service, delicious quality food. A wide selection to order from including seafood, fish, lamb, steaks, vegetarian and vegan options. Also a very nice selection of wines from the region. It's also away from the main square and the tourist traps.a hidden gem for sure. My husband ordered the house made gnocchi with truffles which everyone agreed was heaven and just melted in your mouth. He also ordered the lamb chops, seasoned and cooked to perfection. Our friends ordered the seared Ahi tuna with the cardamom pecan crust, also so full of flavor.  For starters we ordered stuffed zucchini flowers with caponatina and the seasonal grilled vegetable dish. I had the quinoa with vegetables in a zucchini onion puree which was light, flavorful and the vegetables al dente. We ordered the 2011 Amarone and 2012 Riposso superiore. Both excellent wines. We tried all the desserts but the two favourites were the basil ice cream with lemon cream and a raspberry coulis as well as the mixed berry cheesecake. After splitting the bill it came out to €50 a person. Which was such a great value considering all we ordered and the €80 of wine. Highly recommend this place. Be sure to make reservations. There is no parking at the restaurant but there is an underground parking lot right across the street. GooglePlace - July 2017

We had an excellent dinner here. The tortelli (particularly the Tortelli Du Schei) and the seared tuna with cardamom and pistacchio were very tasty. Best of all was the rabbit with plums. It was an outstanding and memorable dish: succulent and tender meat, perfectly prepared, and a delicious sweet sauce. Portions were very ample. The extensive wine list included some inexpensive choices for a decent wine. The staff was friendly and attentive to us, and to all the customers we saw (evidently including guests they knew and chatted with). One group came with a dog who immediately received a bowl of water. The patio was spacious – even with a lot of people, it did not feel “crowded”. On that June evening, I believe we were the only foreign visitors in a city full of tourists. Nice atmosphere, welcoming staff, relaxed pace, and absolutely delicious food of high quality.
