This is one of my favorite places. Really cosy and nice. Interior is amazing and has that kind of hipster vibe mixed with industrial vibe. Foods can be a little bit pricier but there is a buffet in the morning. Service is fast and people are really polite. Its right across the Park Burggarten and near Albertina Museum. Lovely design and tasty food. Prices are quite reasonable, with several breakfast options for around 10€. GooglePlace - July 2017
Really good service, very funky interior. Drinks and food were very good. Didn't get to get the famous cocktails by hopefully will someday!GooglePlace - June 2017
A successful shabby-look rendition of a cross between a Viennese coffee house and a bistro that couldn't avoid some elements on the verge of kitsch. The main attraction being the cozy sofas and armchairs, as well as the traditional very large windows. The atmosphere is quite laid back, the place is clean and the staff is usually friendly. It can get packed at times though.
The menu too is an updated selection of classic Viennese fare sprinkled with international comfort food and snacks. From bagels, quiche to goulash, strudel and daily specials there's an ample variety to choose from. But be aware that the "burg" in the name doesn't stand for burger, but for the Burg (the castle) just across the Ringstrasse (street). In general, the food is average though. The coffee, like cappuccino is good. They do also serve cocktails.GooglePlace - May 2017
