I love this place! Charm, good food and the best staff in the city! What's not to love! GooglePlace - January 2018

Great goulash! Nice place. Very cozy and friendly with good service. But again i don't know why everyone is so in love with this place. Yes it's nice but it is definitely overrated. And their menu is basically identical to every other famous Viennese restaurant including Landtmann and Mozart cafe. GooglePlace - January 2018
Awful service, waiters are extremely pretentious, rude and unhelpful. Honestly don’t know how this place has such a high rating! I first ordered the sausages in the starter section of the menu, the most cheap, awful “Frankfurt’s” I’ve ever tried in my life - like homebrand boiled sausages, the worst of the worst! I couldn’t believe such an establishment would serve something so cheap and tasteless. I had literally one bite and asked to change to the Austrian burger. The waiter very rudely informed me I would have to pay for the sausages anyway with which I complied knowing that arguing with these people would be fruitless. Given, the burger was delicious, but I would never set foot in there again! Awful. GooglePlace - January 2018

Was seated in the back/library room. It was decorated in lovely green and red decor and filled with books by the authors who do readings there once a month. Service was on point, engaging, yet slightly formal, well dressed, and neither rushed us nor made us wait. Had the Schnitzel, potato salad, and a bowl of the broth soup all of which were tasty, hot, and well plated. Didn’t have desert but from the display as you walk in they looked to follow the excellent standards across Vienna. GooglePlace - December 2017

Nice cosy place at a great location. Food is good but what stands out is their variety of coffee and hot chocolate. Tasted good but not great. They also have a wide selection of desserts. I tried Emperor Pancake, which was extremely soft and very tasty. GooglePlace - November 2017
