Terribly, overpriced, and the worst management ever. They make you feel they are doing you a favour. Avoid at all cost... This is the worst cafe in the first district they have an unfriendly man in front of the toilet that did not allow me or my mother to go to the toilet, he was pushing us away with his feet. The lady in the cash told us to take a sit an place an order from the table, and we went to the toilet first then this man allow people to enter or not based on his own judgment . He was a rude and racist! Don‘t go to this place, there are far so many nicer coffee places in vienna. GooglePlace - September 2017

Stopped in for coffee and ice cream. Very good coffee and delicious ice cream. You do have to allow time though, as Vienna moves very slowly.... nothing is rushed! GooglePlace - June 2017

Nice place to stop and relax. Have a coffee or ice cream in the shadow of St. Stephen's Cathedral. GooglePlace - June 2017

Really enjoyed a couple of beers and a snack here on a very hot day. Food was good but expensive, but you're paying for the location too. It's still cheaper than the equivalent in London. Waiter who served us was a really lovely guy, he was very patient and attentive and appreciated with my attempt at German. I enjoyed my visit and would go again. Some of the reviews are a little unfair. People as customers can also be extremely rude to waiting staff. Please remember It's a hard job being polite all day and on your feet when your customer is an ass. Have a little patience and courtesy and you in turn will be treated with the same in turn. There are only two reasons to be here. The first concerns the interior architecture, which is an interesting contemporary take on a coffee house mixt with a subway station. The second would be to sit in the middle of Stephansplatz, right in front of the cathedral, in order to meet someone. Other than that you are here to use the bathroom or trying to meet someone late evening. GooglePlace - May 2017
