Traditional restaurant with a special room with signatures of important musicians! That's the highlight of the place. Sadly, it is extremely pricy( 4 coffees + 1 cake to share = 45 euros?!!!) and the service is below expectations. They were very rude and didn't treat us right, they were not happy we didn't have a full meal, but cakes and coffee. That's beyond unfair... I wouldn't recommend to eat here, maybe just visit the room where the famous signatures of Mozart and musicians are and go to another place and enjoy Vienna in a beautiful place & way. The salads are too small and have no connection with descriptions in the menu. For 16 Euro you will get only 5 beacon pieces instead of duck breast. The service is absolutely not pleasant, we had to place our plates for the desert ourselves, the waiter didn't want to help us with dividing a bill and even didn't say "goodbye". I'm totally not recommend this restaurant, you can find a lot of places with two times lower price and better service. GooglePlace - January 2018

If you don't really pay attention, you will barely notice this restaurant. It is one of the oldest (if not the oldest) restaurant in Vienna. The food was quite good and service flawless. The walls are all signed up by visitors, including famous ones. It goes without saying that the price is rather high due to its historic valeu. A must-go. GooglePlace - January 2018

Traditional Viennese menu. Trading on its location and period charm rather than food quality. Popular with tourists, too popular perhaps. GooglePlace - January 2018

Had a soup and pleasant service. Interesting atmosphere. Some loud kids opening doors beside our table. We went on a holiday so the menu was limited. GooglePlace - December 2017
