Henry’s ‘Art of Living’: a recent buffet concept from the Do&Co group. ‘Popping up’ at various locations throughout the City but with permanent bases at Landstrasse Mall and one attached to the ‘posh’ Billa just off the shopping strip at kaerntner strasse. Simple concept: a hot and a cold (salad) counter every day. Pile your plate and pay by weight. Salads are always great and seasonal with local produce (which means they need to get super-creative in winter around here) while the Hot Counter would seem to have a Turkish chef in charge judging by the great lamb dishes most days. And desserts are heavenly.
