I took three mignon. Price is high - 4€ each. Quality average, only chocolate cover is very good the inner is a bit dry and nothing really special. Sacher mignon is very different from the classical Sacher torte. Pastries were take away, service pretty grumpy but fast. Nice packaging GooglePlace - March 2018

We visited here for breakfast. It's about like going back in time to a better period. Smartly dressed waiters who are polite and respectful. Food was very good and not too expensive. GooglePlace - January 2018

It's sometimes hard to find a table, especially on Sundays. Waiters are quite unfriendly and let you wait unnecessarily. Cakes are very good. Rooms are beautiful and traditionally furnished. I am a local and come here more or less often - the unfriendliness of the waiters in Viennese coffee houses is legendary and they cultivate it here - what can I say... :) Once you got your order, you can stay seated for pretty much as long as you wish. Newspapers are here to borrow, too. GooglePlace - January 2018

What an appalling attitude shown by the middle-aged bespectacled waiter. The sign at the entrance invites you to find an empty table. We sat at a table by the window that had been vacated by guests. Then the waiter proceeded to shout at us from across the room and in front of other guests, until we took another table. He then decided to clear the table before taking our order. The table by the window was not occupied for the entire time we were in the cafe. I agree that the interior is stunning and the hot chocolate delicious, but as for the service we had, I cannot recommend Cafe Schwarzenberg to tourists. A Christmas Day experience that we will remember for the wrong reasons. GooglePlace - December 2017

Avoid at all costs. Restaurant was cozy but service was HORRIBLE. Ruined our first dinner at Vienna. Slow at attending the table. One waiter with mustache was so strange: came to take our order, but before we could say anything he turned away impatiently. During the meal, we wanted to order some additional stuff but none of the waiters stopped at our table. When we got the bill, they’ve added something we didn’t order. When we questioned that earlier mentioned waiter, he didn’t apologize at all. They also charged one euro for a little tube of Mayo, and THE MOST EPIC PART was, he asked to add our tips to the bill while we were paying by card . We said no, and he said, oh it will come in cash then. We of course did not leave any tips for service like this. He then commented on our way out, thank you for the huge tip! SO RUDE!
