Great schnitzel but the clientele need to learn more manners. Stared at myself and my wife who are Iranian and South African. Perhaps it was because we didn't dress like librarians. Thankfully the staff welcomed us and served us promptly. GooglePlace - January 2018

There is one very polite waiter that smiles to you and translates de menu, which is only written down in German. The food is very good and in big portions. It's a nice place but people may smoke. Ravioli and goulash are good choices. GooglePlace - January 2018

Loved this place!! The staff was amazing and very helpful with the menu (there's no English menu) We came after hearing of the great schnitzel and it was better than expected - the veal was tender and the crumb was light and crunchy. It doesn't come with sauce but I squeezed lots of lemon and cracked pepper and that was enough. The potato and salad that came with it was also very good!! The desserts are a must try!! The strudel is popular but my favourite was the chocolate cake (and I don't normally like choc cake). My friends raved about the mascarpone too. Had a reservation but still had to wait around 10 minutes to be seated. The place itself feels a bit crowded but the service was very good. The menu is handwritten and completely in German but the waiters explain everything to you. Food is tasty and of good quality, according to the price. GooglePlace - December 2017

Can't give high enough praise for this restaurant. If you're looking for quick tourist food, go somewhere else. Everything here is fresh, so the menu varies based upon the day. None of us knew German well enough to read the menu completely, but our waiter helped us and told us all that was fresh. We ended up getting the venison goulash and roast goose - great selections for the time of year (November). Service and atmosphere was great too. GooglePlace - December 2017
