Lively fun food market with plenty to see. If you're staying in an apartment definitely worth at home cooking with the produce from here. Lots of stop gaps for a drink or lunches too. Definitely worth a visit, some quite unusual spices too and Gegenbauer is a beautiful place with such a helpful stall owner to buy some quite unique oils and vinegars. GooglePlace - November 2017

Loved this place! When you want something other than Austrian/German food, this is a great option. I picked a vendor where there were many people in line and went for fresh hummus, garlic stuffed olives, falafel and an Egyptian fig and nut item. This lasted me the next four meals! There were also fruit and veggie vendors, clothing, etc. Another shop sold wine. There were multiple restaurants with great specials for food and wine. Would be a great people watching place. Pikes place Market for Vienna. Probably better. Eclectic assortment of shops and products from cheese and desserts to football kits and body lotions. Well worth the visit. Come hungry. GooglePlace - November 2017

Spent 3 hours here and saw of the most unique and antique things. Naschmarket is a must visit place. It's roughly divided into two parts, one side selling everything and anything other food and other side, selling scrumptious food. We shopped for cashmere mufflers, paintings ,old vintage books , vintage tea set and finally ate one of the best lunch...if you are town, highly recommend to match your calendar to visit the market.. Great place to mix with tourists and locals. Beautiful displays off all types of foods to enjoy right there or bring home. Lively and a bit crowded. Felt safe. We enjoyed a nice simple Viennese restaurant for our lunch. GooglePlace - September 2017
